the hotel was fairly clean, perfect, had best and efficient staff at the counter so 0 customer service. its location was easy, just off the centre of mackay, and beach and park. there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like fonzirelli restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
It had just fine views.

Thank you for an excellent stay. All the facilities are amazing, fairly clean hotel, its location is great in the Northern Beaches area which was a very long way from the resort.

Fairly clean perfect hotel, professional staff and perfect location on such a shocking review as I do tend to highlight the good in everything. Beautifully presented & brand-new room with all the requirements. Very good facilities. Location close to centre of town for a different restaurant dinner as well as very comfortable.
